"I am so pleased with the alarm system that Safe and Sound installed. It is easy to use, and keeps me feeling secure in my home. After a break in at our house, we decided that we needed to protect ourselves. We got an alarm on our front and back door that sounds if someone tries to come in. It also sounds if someone opens a window. About a week after it was installed, another burglar tried to come in our house while we were sleeping. The alarm scared him away and police were automatically notified. No one has bothered us since. The guys are very friendly and professional, and made sure that everything worked perfectly. "Very prompt – came to house to plan install and wasted no time… The technician arrived as scheduled to start work. Went to the attic and moved the required lines to new location and dropped them down the wall. Removed entire system and moved it to another wall, covering up existing connections. Installed new connections and runs to TV, etc. Everything was very professional. Very neat job, all wires tied together and hidden as much as possible to make it a very neat looking job. Cleaned up any mess that was on the floor. Tested everything and set-up remote. All went very well and smoothly.
